This is great. I use it only for sit-ups, so I can't review it further than that. But it lays flat, contours VERY well, and is very easy to clean up. My German Shepherd got red clay mud all over it one rainy day. I let it dry, soaked a cloth in diluted Lysol and it cleaned right up. My GS also lays on it while I bike for 30 minutes, 6 days a week and it doesn't have any damage. Highly recommended.
